- Products returned after 3 days
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Return Window
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Product must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and invoice intact.
How to Return
Step 1: Contact us with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review and provide return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the product securely with the original invoice and ship to the provided address.
Refund Process
Returned products are inspected within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7–10 business days. You’ll need to provide your bank account details.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
Cancellation
Before shipping: Contact us immediately for a full refund (3–5 business days).
After shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled. Follow the return process after delivery.
