Refund, Return, or Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds
   Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect products, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.

2. Returns
   Products eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for temperature-sensitive items or prescription medications.

3. Cancellations
   Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.

4. Exceptions
   Refunds and returns are not applicable to prescription medications or temperature-sensitive products. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before confirmation.
